NIGHT CRICKETS
David J is a member of Bauhaus and Love And Rockets, as well as a successful solo artist, author, producer, and playwright. Musician, actor, and filmmaker Victor DeLorenzo was the founding drummer for Violent Femmes, and plays in Nineteen Thirteen, whose “Hurricane Noel” was featured at the 2011 TED Conference. Multi-intstrumentalist Darwin Meiners’ debut album, Starfishing, was produced by David J, and the follow-up, So Few Comets, featured DeLorenzo. Members of Night Crickets have contributed to recordings from and have worked with artists including Jane’s Addiction, The Jazz Butcher, Moe Tucker (Velvet Underground), and more.
